today’s workout

did weights with a friend this morning! an hour of biceps and chest, my arms are still shaking…

just got back from my 2nd gym round, did 30 minutes on the elliptical level 10 intensity and my legs are killing me. 

Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, I ate really well this week and exercised a lot. i’m hoping for another 1.5-2 pound drop!! :)
